| Yes. I don't see why not; other publishers such as Capcom have released more obscure games. |

Namco-Bandai's current and upcoming release schedule looks very weak compared to other publishers. To improve on Namco's lack of releases, I propose that they translate and localize Namco X Capcom for their North American audience. Capcom does not have publishing rights to this game; it all depends on Namco-Bandai and whether or not they are willing to translate Namco X Capcom for the North American audience. The excuse that Namco X Capcom won't sell because 50% of the roster is comprised of obscure characters is a moot point. Half of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom's roster is obscure, yet Capcom is taking the chance of releasing the game in both North America AND Europe due to fans demanding for its release. Nippon Ichi Software America also released Cross Edge, which is mostly comprised of obscure characters. Namco-Bandai has no excuse for not releasing this game state-side.

It is possible for NIS America to localize the game for us. All we have to do is vote it to the top at:
https://ssl.nippon1.co.jp/nisa/cgi-b...te/enquete.cgi Sadly, it currently sits at #33 and has to beat "Posters" which got 2021 votes (it already got approved). It's not an impossibility; we just have to spread this to as many video game forums on the internet as possible. |

I'm torn between this and Klonoa Heroes (KH would probably be easier as it is a smaller system). Good point on Tatsunoku Vs. Capcom.
And crossovers aren't just sales of the game in question. They are also free advertising for the series contained within. Do we even have to mention what Smash has done for the popularity (or in some cases, just used prices) of Pikmin, Electroplankton, Mother/Earthbound, Fire Emblem, and Kid Icarus/Pit?
