There are plans for US releases. As for the novel, you might have to search around a bit more persistently. I'm pretty confident that the movie was released though.

Both, I never liked the few flight games on the wii, and I am a more of a PC or a sit-down gamer (this makes me look lazy,lol), and it looks like a Japanese game that has the Japanese anime theme to it and I am not a big fan of that, and worse it could end up like Ace Combat 3.

Default Watched it.

Confirmed: the movie apparently just came out on Blu-Ray.

Probably one of the most intricately executed, and amongst the few films I'd absolutely recommend viewing. It was excellent enough to place in fourth on my list.

Now to wait for my Wii coming in from Japan, and get the novel version.
